Providing Individual Attention to Families

Sam’s work as an investigator allows her to visit and speak with asbestos victims and their families in person, helping her to better understand the full history of their asbestos exposure and provide them with one-on-one guidance.

She believes every asbestos case is different and requires individual attention for the best possible outcome.

Sam’s extensive legal knowledge and empathy for those who’ve been harmed allow her to provide clients with both the information and support they need.

Born and raised in northwest Indiana, Sam completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University and earned her Master’s in Criminal Justice at the University of Cincinnati. She believes that everyone affected by asbestos should have equal access to justice.

First-Hand Knowledge About the Dangers of Asbestos

Sam is all too familiar with the risks of asbestos. Her father served in the U.S. Navy as an electrician aboard the USS Eisenhower and has since dedicated the rest of his career to ArcelorMittal Steel working in the electrical field. Many of her uncles and cousins also served in the military.

As a young girl, Sam lived in Newport News, Virginia, so she could be near the naval base as her father served our country.

Possibly as a result of secondhand exposure to asbestos, her paternal grandmother was diagnosed with lung cancer and colon cancer. Her grandfather’s work as a bridge builder in Chicago may have contributed to her grandmother’s asbestos exposure.

Many companies that manufactured and sold construction materials knew the health risks of asbestos but kept the information hidden for decades in order to keep making a profit.

Sam’s family history motivated her to become an advocate for asbestos awareness. She has participated in national conferences and media appearances to spread the word about the dangers of asbestos and the ways an asbestos lawyer can help affected families.

As part of her advocacy work, Sam has also participated in charity events and run multiple road races geared at raising funds and awareness of asbestos-related diseases.

Despite being a Midwesterner at heart, Sam moved to Massachusetts and took on the role of a New Englander. She loved every aspect — besides their sports teams! She took a leap of faith and moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where she’s currently living out her next adventure.

Sam looks forward to hearing your story and seeing how LawFirm.com may be able to help you get the justice and compensation your family deserves.
