okay my mom lives in Arizona and she sent me to Wisconsin to live with my grandmother. all she gave my grandmother was a paper saying she had “temporary custody until Im 18″ the social services said it was useless. i am going to school in wisconsin is this legal?
thank you but one more question. how long can i live away from my mother legally while she has the custody?

I know someone who is on a lease but refuses to give up their key to the residence. They claim to still a resident of the domicile and will not pay rent or utilities but still insist that they are entitled to enter the residence. What is the legal way to fix this problem?

This person does not reside in the home any longer but for some reason feels entitled to maintain copies of the house key and mailbox key. Is this legal?

I am not the landlord but a co-applicant on the lease.

My friend had signed up for bariatric surgery and they rejected her because she “ate too much” and because “diets failed”. I believe most diets don’t really work, and that those clinic who agreed to help her was supposed to help her find support in the diet areas.Refer her to support groups who could help her stay the course. In literary circles, that is “ghost writing” for someone. But in legal or business circles, is there a word for it (perhaps in Latin?) that is less colloquial or vernacular-oriented than “ghost writing” which brings to mind novels and scripts versus legal or business documents.
